Deferment and Cancellation Forms

Deferment Form - to defer loan payments if enrolled in an accredited college for 6 or more hours

Cancellation Form - to defer loan payments in anticipation of cancelling a portion of the loan principal for an eligible service position AND to apply for the cancellation of the loan principal after completion of the eligible service

Perkins/Institutional EFT Form - to be completed and returned if you wish to have payments withdrawn from your account automatically.
