Financial Services

Located in Main, the Office for Financial Services (OFS) maintains and enhances the financial well being of the college by gathering, processing and providing financial information for the Luther community.

We interact with students through payments (wire transfer, checks, cash), student receivables, monthly payment plans, work credit plans, extra fees charges, student bank, and Nordicash. We process student billing information received from the Registrar, Residence Life, Dining Services, Music Office, Library, Security, and Health Service.

A description of the comprehensive fee and other fees are fully explained in the Luther College catalog's costs and financial policies section. A basic fees description is included with our online admissions information. Financial assistance information for current, new or prospective students is available at the Financial Aid Office.

We can answer questions for faculty and staff who have issues pertaining to payments to vendors and other accounts payable. Payroll for faculty and staff is processed by OFS. Questions pertaining to benefits and other HR functions should be directed to Human Resources.
